    Blondies
    All Purpose Flour 3 cups.
    Baking Soda 1/2 tsp.
    Salt 1/2 tsp.
    Egg Yolks 2 .
    Egg (whole) 1 .
    Wesson Canola Oil 1 cup (plus 2 tbsp).
    Granulated Sugar 1 cup.
    Brown Sugar, packed 3/4 cup.
    Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp.
    Garnishes
    White Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup.
    Mint Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup.
    Crushed Candy Cane, divided 1/4 cup.
    Mini Pretzels, divided 1/2 cup.
    Festive Sprinkles 2 tbsp.

    Method

    Blondies

    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    Lightly grease a 13” x 9” pan and line with parchment paper.
    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks and egg, Wesson oil, sugars, and vanilla.

    Assembly Method
    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just to combine, do not overmix. Fold in half of the garnishes and turn out batter into prepared pan. Spread evenly. Top blondies with remaining garnishes and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with soft crumbs on it (do not overbake)! Cool and cut into squares, serve and enjoy! Tip: Add your favourite garnishes to the base to mix it up! The only limit is your imagination!
