Ingredients

Pancit Bihon
Wesson Canola Oil 2 tbsp.
White Onion, small, diced 1 .
Garlic, chopped 6 cloves.
Carrots, julienned 2 .
Green Beans 1/4 lb.
Snow Peas 1/4 lb.
Cabbage 2 cups.
Chicken Thigh or leg, cubed 1 lb.
Oyster Sauce 1/2 cup.
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup.
Water 4 cups.
Chicken Bouillon Cube 1 .
Pancit Bihon Noodles as desired.
Lemons optional.

Method

Prep

Clean and chop all fresh veggies: onion, garlic, carrots, green beans, snow peas, and
cabbage.
Cut chicken to your liking.

Assembly Method
In a pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp of Wesson Canola Oil, ½ of sliced onions and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add carrots and green beans, saute for another 2 minutes. Add snow peas, cabbage, mix well, cover and let it cook for about 3 minutes. Then set veggies aside. In the same pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp of Wesson Canola Oil, remaining ½ of onions and chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add oyster and soy sauce marinade to the pan. Let it reduce for about 7 minutes or longer if needed. Once reduced, add 4 cups of water, 1 chicken bouillon cube and bring to a simmer. Add pancit bihon noodles and cook until the broth is fully dissolved. Add veggies back in the pan, mix well and serve with fresh lemon juice.
