    Tuscan White Bean Skillet
    Wesson Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp.
    Garlic, sliced 3 cloves.
    Cherry Tomatoes, whole 1 1/2 cups.
    Thyme, fresh 3 sprigs.
    White Kidney Beans, canned 2 cans.
    Chicken Stock 1 1/2 cups.
    Heavy Cream 1/4 cups.
    Spinach 2 cups, packed.
    Crumb Topping
    Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup.
    Wesson Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp.
    Parsley, chopped 1/4 cup.
    Parmesan, grated 1/4 cup.

    Method

    Tuscan White Bean Skillet

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large cast iron pan in the oven and preheat for about 5 minutes.
    Remove pan from the oven and add Wesson Vegetable Oil, garlic, tomatoes, thyme, and salt.
    Place pan in oven and toast for a few minutes until garlic is lightly browned.
    Remove pan from the oven and add spinach, beans, chicken stock, and cream.
    Stir together.

    Assembly Method
    make crumb topping by mixing together breadcrumbs, Wesson Vegetable Oil, parsley, and parmesan. Sprinkle crumb topping on the top of bean mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes until topping is golden and the sauce is lightly thickened.
